We had previously called upon David for a peculiar pest problem in our basement. He was able to identify the pests and directed us on how to treat and eliminate them. Weeks before our summer vacation, we determined that our mouse problem was was becoming extreme and beyond our control. Silver Bullet really came through when we needed them. David was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue and even worked with myself and my wife on when he was going to arrive...giving enough time for one of us to be home because of our crazy work schedules. We had a mouse caught in the back of our stove and not only did David remove it but he showed us where the mouse might have gained entry to our residence and what exactly to do to stop it. David searched our entire place and informed us of what he saw...going the extra mile. Very reasonable pricing and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend.
