We had previously called upon David for a peculiar pest problem in our basement. He was able to identify the pests and directed us on how to treat and eliminate them. Weeks before our summer vacation, we determined that our mouse problem was was becoming extreme and beyond our control. He responded promptly, educated us on the possible sources of our problem, the habits of mice and laid poison traps which were effective in a very short time. Not knowing what we'd encounter on our return, we were happy to come home to a well controlled problem. Saw another mouse a few weeks later and decided to have him back for a preventive visit before the colder months. Again, he was prompt and reliable. Checked the traps, directed us on where the problem is originating and re-fed the traps. We're very happy with his service and reliability. We feel that we're in good hands and trust him to help us handle this or any other problem that would arise in the future.
Silver Bullet really came through when we needed them. David was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue and even worked with myself and my wife on when he was going to arrive...giving enough time for one of us to be home because of our crazy work schedules. We had a mouse caught in the back of our stove and not only did David remove it but he showed us where the mouse might have gained entry to our residence and what exactly to do to stop it. David searched our entire place and informed us of what he saw...going the extra mile. Very reasonable pricing and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend.
Had them out twice last year. Very professional. They really stopped those squirrels from getting into our attic. They put up a small discreet metal mesh barrier with deterrents inside that you don't notice unless you're looking for it. They took photos of the damage and the repairs. I'm impressed. They came out a second time when we thought we had rats. After they set bait we all watched as a very aggressive and fat chipmunk poked it's head out of the hole. Better safe than sorry.
