“We had previously called upon David for a peculiar pest problem in our basement. He was able to identify the pests and directed us on how to treat and eliminate them. Weeks before our summer vacation, we determined that our mouse problem was was becoming extreme and beyond our control. He responded promptly, educated us on the possible sources of our problem, the habits of mice and laid poison traps which were effective in a very short time. Not knowing what we'd encounter on our return, we were happy to come home to a well controlled problem. Saw another mouse a few weeks later and decided to have him back for a preventive visit before the colder months. Again, he was prompt and reliable. Checked the traps, directed us on where the problem is originating and re-fed the traps. We're very happy with his service and reliability. We feel that we're in good hands and trust him to help us handle this or any other problem that would arise in the future.“

“I had a concern about bedbugs. I called and explained my situation. Jeff was extremely helpful and asked me why I thought I had bedbugs, which no other company had asked that simple question. He said based on my description, it wasn’t clear if I had bedbugs and to wait until Thursday if I had any other bites to decide and that it could’ve just been a random bug. Waiting until Thursday and nothing else occurred. I appreciate his practical advice, rather than urging me to do a $300+ inspection that might not have been necessary — which is what all the other companies were doing.
