Disappointed, they didn't really want to help, didn't want to give advice on the phone because I wasn't a client of theirs and clearly rude and judgemental because I called them. I was told they had a good reputation and wanted some advice which in turn would help me decide on moving further and needing their services. I was told they didnt know me so they couldn't help, kinda don't make sense does it! So I had to take my services else where!! You just lost a client and its business!!
