The service and parts departments are terrific! I needed a part for my EV vehicle in a short period of time and they were incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to help me. Matt in service and John in parts are a credit to the organization.

My Audi Q3 needed its 35,000 miles service. I called up Paul Miller Audi and was given an appointment with loaner car within a few days.Dropping off the car was easy. Lou Berardino promptly handled my work order.During the service inspection it was pointed out that my rear brakes were worn to their lower limit. I OK’d their replacement.The work was completed and my car was retuned clean within a few hours.Thanks Paul Miller Audi.
