“I was desperate with irritated "angry skin" went in to see her because of generalized itchy, skin rashes, which turned out to be "very bad eczema". She gave me an injection, some prescription for ointment and lotion, and it cleared up within 3 days. She's very nice, she asks you if you have any questions, makes sure that you understand the treatment, she takes the time to ask you if you have any questions and patiently answers them, without you feeling like she's rushing off to the next patient. She said she was the "grandma doctor" so I'm definitely sure she's seen a lot of skin and that she's full of wisdom when it comes to treating skin problems. Very passionate with her work, and loves what she does. I had a very good experience with Dr. Cham, will continue to see her for any other skin issues.“

“Called three practices in Parsippany and tried to get an appointment for this month. Not only I was unable to get one, but the staff was not very pleasant on the phone. I could feel the eye-rolling!I was so fed up, but I felt strongly about calling Dr. Popkin's office. “Undoubtedly the best dermatologist around. Been going to her for close to 20 years. Love her! I’ve personally never had an issue with her office staff. Always found them to be professional and polite to me. But when I’m there, I don’t feel I’m in a doctors office, they act more like family. The doctor is now booked like a year in advance, but that’s ok. I book my appointments with her well in advance. Because, I love her.“
