“TK Mechanical was the provider my home warranty company, Cinch, chose to replace my Air Conditioner. Many of the replacement issues were due to Cinch dragging their feet (it took 4 months for my AC to finally get repaired).

However, TK definitely made up for it. Their techs who visited were experts in their fields. They stayed overtime to ensure specific aspects were completed. I dealt with Damion and Carlton (and I believe 2 others; I will update their names when I find them out UPDATE - I think they are JJ and Faher (spelled incorrectly, alas).

Not only were their techs extremely competent, the Home Office staff were brilliant as well. These were Marie, Melissa and Kathy I believe and each and every time I chatted with them, they interfaced with me professionally, politely, and really were a pleasure to communicate with.
