I stopped going here 2 years ago but decided to give it another try today. I regret it. Likely the worst manicure I’ve ever received. Why?

1. Lady couldn’t file my nails straight. They are currently lopsided and this is after I asked her (nicely) to refile 4 of them.... it’s embarrassing To look at

2. Nail polish job was extremely streaky after second layer and you can see visibly bumps and individual strokes. Her solution? Add a 3rd layer of polish which just made the bumps worse.

Feels like basic mistakes that shouldn’t be made by someone that’s been doing this for quite some time.

Love this nail salon! They’re very friendly and do a great job with pedicures, not to mention the price is incredibly reasonable. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the last two times I’ve gone, I’ve had an issue with my gel polish peeling off one or two nails after only a day or so. But I’ll keep going back for the price and the experience!

They recognize me when I call and when I come in which is really nice. They do a really good job with my nails and do them how I like them. And they fix nail problems for free in between visits. What more can you ask for? They’re pretty great. They’re prices are one of the lowest in the area and you get great service for it. They even have a rewards card. I sometimes wish I didn’t have to wait when I have an appointment but it’s never been for long and I get being busy. They have also more than made up for it when doing my nails after. I liked the longer back massages though. Wish you could keep doing that
