“This place truly understands dry cleaning and textiles. If you love your clothes, you should dry clean it here. If you are from NYC and you have dry cleaning standards, you need to come here. Something to know about this area and surrounding towns - the dry cleaners water wash everything! The word DRY cleaning is lost on these folks. Say goodbye to your cashmere sweaters. Your button downs and linen shirts will come back shrunken. Clean Pressed means long creases. It is seriously embarrassing. But at Ridgemont Cleaners, you don't have to worry about any of these things- perfectly pressed and you never have to wonder if you grew or the shirt shrunk? And that dry cleaner across the street with the high reviews? The young woman returned my sweaters with PILLS on them. She didn't even know they had to removed. And when I educated her on this, she pulled them out with TAPE instead of a tool. By the time she was done, my sweaters looked weathered and ruined. If you treasure your clothes and the way you look, you should dry clean here. It's worth it. And if you don't understand anything I have said here, then you don't deserve this place- go down the street.“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!"
