I took a broken mounting bracket for H-D blinds in my son’s house. I was served promptly by Ms. Daniella Sacco who asked me to bring in the blind for them to get the correct bracket. Ms. Sacco found that the blind was manufactured in 2004, 20 years ago! That says volumes about the quality of H-D products. I received a call the same night from Karen Arakelian that the blind was ready for pick up. I was greeted by Danielle, not Daniella, when I went to pick up the blinds the next morning. Several weeks ago, I was in need of some replacement brackets for a client of mine. The original source where I purchased the shades was out of business. My thought was to see if HD could help me out. Karen, the store manager, was so helpful! When she couldn’t find what I needed in her stock, she reached out and had the brackets I needed sent directly to me?
