I've been visiting this place regularly since they opened and the services provided by the individual suite owners are *amazing* however, if you're counting on running any errands before or after your appointment you're gonna wanna schedule for good weather days because the entrance leading to the inside of the mall is locked and supposedly can't be open unless the receptionist is there (even though she's on the opposite end of the salon, not sure how she'd be monitoring a door she can't even see) and every time I go I have to either walk or drive around the outside of the mall to get back to my car or get in to my appointment now rushing... read full review
