Once I found a contractor, Sharon assisted me in purchasing all of the items. Sharon was excellent at managing expectations and communicating timelines. Great stuff, prices are not low but you get what you pay for. A lot of their stuff is "special order" whichever it is shipped from Spain after you order it. Means you have to plan your reno well in advance if you order from here.. and order extra - returns are easy, but if you fall short.... read full review

First time experience at Porcelanosa and loved it. Worked with Sharon, she is very knowledgeable in design and understands what her customers are looking for. Her customer service is extraordinary and her response time to emails is fast. We be coming back for next project.
