I took my very knotted Cockapoo for the first time. The lady that greeted me (I didn't get her name) was friendly and welcoming. Right away she explained to me that my dog was going to need a very short cut. Because of my previous experience with my former groomer I was afraid they were going to nip and cut her skin. I prayed and hoped for the best lol I dropped off at 11:30 and at 12:35 received a call that my dog was going to be ready in 15 mins. I couldn't believe how fast that was! We are so happy that we finally found a place to groom our Luna! Sometimes Luna gets very agitated, and Andréia and her team did an excellent job when dealing with Luna for her bathing and grooming! We highly recommend them for their quality services and professionalism!

We love Puppy Spa we have been going to them for at least 10 plus years. The owner and the staff are truly amazing. They are so good at their job fast but loving and caring for my fur baby coco. He always looks so good when he’s is done he gets so excited when I say let’s go to puppy spa and when he sees Andrea he is always so happy to see her. As a dog mom that is what makes me happy knowing he’s in good hands they also let you know if they notice something during the grooming session. We truly love them if you haven’t tried them I definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed
