I am asthmatic and she really saw to it that i got proper treatment. The entire office staff is caring and polite. I am sorry i can no longer be a patient there since i’ve moved out of state.——-On time, kind and helpful staff, Cristina Giambalvo was awesome. She took time to make sure I understood everything and patiently answered all my questions. Very satisfying, pleasant experience!“

“I have about 10 years coming to this place, But this time around i came in as a walk in. I took me just about 10 minutes for my name to be called i was really impressed on how fast walks in are called i got taken care of real fast. I been to other places even to get results and it has taken me nearly 2 hours of waiting time. The place is very clean, The service is always outstanding wish they had places like this all all over the city. When you come in they welcome you in a nice way always with good mornings or good afternoons. If you need a primary doctor this is the place i will recommend you to try. you will be impressed with their results.“

“I was extremely anxious coming to Planned Parenthood as I’ve never been to one before and have heard some not so great things about it. Fortunately my experience here at Hackensack was made extremely pleasant by the lady at the front desk (did not catch her name) and even more by nurse Yvonne. My nurse, Yvonne, made me feel very comfortable and calm during my entire time at the clinic and I really appreciate her amazing hospitality. I’m very thankful to have such a good experience here and definitely would recommend to anyone else.Only downside is anticipate about 1-1.5 hr wait time even with an appointment due to high volume of patients.“
“I have been going to this office for over 5 months and from the beginning I have been impressed. At first I had a decent doctor he helped me and gave decent patient care. The receptionists have always been great and extremely helpful. At my most recent visit I was given a new doctor and I was completely blown away. She was a Nurse Practitioner, Eva Macsai. From the moment she came in the room she showed so much empathy and care to my issues. She sat there and explained what was wrong and how the medications she was prescribing me would fix the issues. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. I leave reviews when necessary and this is the most urgent review I have ever left. Everyone must go see Dr. Eva Macsai she performed the most excellent patient care and truly acknowledged me and my problems and I felt confident leaving there knowing she could be my OB Gyn forever or however long time permits.“
