This is the reason you work with a local lender rather than a Big Bank for a mortgage. Eric Lourenco, Malak Zaleski-Laba, and the team at Bond St Mortgage were incredible—available directly anytime I needed someone, flexible and knowledgeable to support our VA Loan and the complexities it brings, compassionate and accommodating when things with the close started going sideways…I could not have asked for better support. Eric even called me *as he left to the hospital for the birth of his child* to assure me everything was in order and that our loan processing was underway.
