“Came with three friends to conquer the cryo chamber, and it was a really fun experience. The staff person today walked us through the entire process, played fun music to get our minds off the fact that we were in a negative 120 degree chamber, and helped us to get the full experience of the entire facility. She was awesome and so nice! The place can be super intimidating looking for non gym folks like us, but she was really kind and inviting. After, we tried the hydro chair and the leg pressure cuffs, which was also very cool. Hours later my body feels light and limber. We all definitely see ourselves trying the full service again!“
