I have been a client of co-owner Sara's hair career for years & this by far is the best place I have gone to. The space is a "suite / studio" concept so the 2 stylists each have their own space that gives the client some privacy & more 1 on 1 attention. It's a beautiful space with windows & sleek decor. Everything is new & modern. On my visit, I was called in on time. I was offered a beverage. Covid-safe practices were taken. I had a men's haircut that I think was my best ever. Sara really took the time to style & offer some input. Much appreciated! Sara is known thru Bergen county for her incredible color work. I originally found her about 6 years ago when the whole "bayalage" trend was starting & she was already doing it before many others. I had long hair at the time, so I went to her for all different Blonding techniques aside from typical highlights (baby lights, hair painting, etc.) She has an incredible sense of color & is most trustworthy if you are unsure of what to do. I also sent a few female acquaintances her way for color treatment. She truly has a talent in color & color correction. Sara continues to take color classes as trends emerge, so she is on the forefront always with the new coloring techniques & trends. She is also great at cutting & is conservative when cutting - she will only take off what you ask & minimally what is needed. Rest assured for those with long hair! In addition, she will only recommend products that she knows would benefit you. Madison Ave Hair Suite carries really good hair products too!
