The aides were caring, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and truly cared for my mother-in-law.The agency was always there when there were last minute changes to the schedule whether it was due to weather or just life. He enjoys their company when they come and they have advocated for him more than I could ever - making sure he was taken care of, had supplies and necessary modifications - helping get us a hospital bed so he can sleep better on our first floor, helping with steps and getting upstairs to shower - and overall just incredibly compassionate and kind. Jessica, our nurse, has also been extremely helpful with any issues that came about and always made sure we were doing ok. I wish they could come every day, but we are grateful for when they do come.
