He explained how he could repair the leak in my roof to extend its life and though we chose to to go with the new roof option, I found it refreshing to be given a cheaper solution by a contractor. Erik’s sent his project manager Craig to my house to oversee the job. Craig sent me daily overhead drone photos of my roof’s progress as my roof is very high. Plus, at the end of each day, the Mattsson team thoroughly checked my driveway to ensure it was clear of nails and debris. They worked very clean and it was so evident they had a very high standdard of excellence and pride in the work they do. “Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. “Reached out to Kelly Exteriors for a quote on gutter replacement / gutter guard installation. Noel was very responsive, gave fair pricing and easy to communicate with. The crew showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned up the site. The office staff has responded quickly and was accommodating. The install looks great, and so far, the leaf free system seems to be working, even with all of the heavy rains we've been experiencing.

We have large oaks over our house, so our gutters require frequent cleanings. The guards should pay themselves off in about 6 to 7 years, which is worth it for us.“

“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“
