I was looking for an urgent care near me that had the least amount of wait time. I found out through City MD’s website they had no waitlist for walk-in. We arrived at 10:30pm, 30 minutes before their closing. The staff members at the reception were so friendly and quick to wrap up all the paper work, we were called in within 15 minutes. I was extremely impressed with their service. The nurse took the vitals and pre-assessment of the incident from my family member. Then the doctor came to visit us within next couple of minutes. Very happy with our experience there tonight. Walked in 30 min before they closed, took care of my son so fast. Everyone was friendly and the waiting room and patient room was very clean.
I came here to see about my lightheadedness and headaches. The physician I saw gave me the best advice he could and that was to contact my cardiologist and go to the ER. Long story short, my cardiologist said it’s nothing to worry about because of my heart condition. Anyway why I’m giving this place a 5 star is because of clean and friendly everyone was, from staff to physician. But what took it over the top was the physician, sorry I don’t remember his name, called me personally to follow up with me. If I ever need an urgent care I will be coming back here.
