CHUBACK Medical Group is a lifelong facility for our extended family for many years. Their procedures are painless and perform miracles especially for me and my legs. Dr. Chuback is very knowledgeable at his expertise and wonderful to talk to, he is very precise with his explanation on every procedure that is taking place at every step of the way. Just wonderful. In regards to his staff they are incredibly courteous, pleasant and cheerful on every visit. I recommend CHUBACK Medical Group on every occasion possible. JMM

I have been seeing Dr. Chuback since the spring working on my veins, first the left now we are working on the right. I am very pleased with the results on my left leg and can’t wait for the right leg to be done and see remarkable results. I have also seen Kristin for years! That is how I started. She looked at my legs one day as I had shorts on and said I needed to see Dr. Chuback. Glad that she did and took the time to explain everything. Staff and Doctor are top notch. I have referred my friends already!
