our family plot has been there for way over 60 years. the up keep is disgusting.. we paid in full for it to be taken care of forever. grass is always burnt. weeds stones never cleaned .. staff is not understanding what a change. guess they got to big for there bridges. we have 48 plots. so sorry my dad and uncle ever bought there.

Find someplace else, anyplace, find someplace else ! ! !I know it's very hard to work with the public and circumstances surrounding a death it is even more difficult.If these people don't want to deal with emotional people, then find something else to do.Carmen at the front deal is a miserable whench to deal. Poor social skills, oblivious to what is going on around her. Solely focused on getting payment and her affidavit.If these do not like their jobs, then quit.

My famly has a 6 person plot (12'x15'), for which I pay the seasonal maintenance. Each year the cost for maintenance (lawn mowing) grows faster than the rate of inflation. This year, 2024, THE RATE ROSE FROM $840 IN 2023 TO $980-- A 16%+ INCREASE. I asked repeatedly for an explanation of the dramatic increase in costs-- initially via email to Lawrence Rose, and then via phone calls. He sent me a boiler plate letter reviewing the process for decision making but not addressing my simple question of what spurred the price increase.
