all my appliances seemed to have had issues recently and my husband fixed most of them. Then my freezer broke and not only did i get told no one does residential work but the one person i found told me after i supplied the part it would be $1400 to install. Unbelievable. Thought we would try one more thing ourselves and called several places for the part we needed. most of them were not helpful or didn't have the part in stock or gave us a ridiculous price and told us it had to be ordered. By luck, we called All Bergen appliance. They were extremely helpful, went out of their way and provided the part at an incredibly reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs repair. This represents what the old mom and pop shops were like treating you like family
They are fair snd super nice. My washer went and the technician was honest about it being too expensive to fix . Very professional and courteous
Had a problem with a Frigidaire product . Contacted Frigidaire for part replacement told that service contract doesn't cover part and that because the warranty is one week over the year I would have to handle on own and also the part would take 8 weeks to come in if ordered. Spoke to Mary at all bergan and explain problem. She gave me some advice on how to deal with Frigidaire which after a call back I have 18 months of extended service for no charge. Mary was also able to get me the part needed in 24 hours. This is a company that cares about their customers. I will be doing more business with them and recommend them to others.
