I recently bought a pre-owner Aston Martin from F.C. Kerbeck and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. My sales associate Chris Seig was fantastic from start to finish. I traveled 4 hours to look at the car and when I arrived Chris was prepared to review the car with me with all the information I had requested. He was professional, courteous and responsive to all my questions. Chris's manager was also very informative and professional. Just a great experience. Great selection of vehicles. Customer service is OK a great assortment of luxury cars and a little bit of everything in between. Definitely not the place to be if you have bad credit? maybe it’s just my experience, but there’s always different salesman like they switch up very often. Once I booked an appointment online, the salesman called to confirm the appointment then the next week I was told he didn’t work there anymore?
Credit should be given where credit is due, and this review is to do just that. My husband and I went to this dealership looking for a new lease and were assisted by Barnes Hutchins. He is one of the kindest and most patient car salesman we have met thus far. We have been car shopping for awhile and went to a ton of dealerships, but Barnes was by far the most personable and not pushy at all! He took his time in showing us options and really worked hard to meet our budget. We eventually met Denny, one of the managers, and he was just as kind and helpful.
