Our whole family thanks Bill and Vanessa for the attention to every detail on the funeral day. There were many, many tears that day, but the day flowed as we hoped. We were treated with such great care; their service and support are of great comfort to us as the whole family tries to come to terms with our loving grandma's death.

I was not experienced with funeral homes. I felt like Vanessa and Bill were like old friends. Vanessa basically took over and went out of her way to make sure everything was the best, for my husband's funeral. Also, I found the vintage atmosphere of the house, warm and comforting.

Bill Basralian did a wonderful job of taking care of my longtime companion’s funeral this week. It was a beautiful send off and I would recommend this funeral home highly. Many thanks also to Vanessa, his assistant, who helped me in so many ways getting everything I needed.
