The lady at the counter is really friendly and kind. I brought in my favorite rain jacket with a big oil stain that may have been there for a while. She told me they’d do their best to remove the stain but could not guarantee it. When I picked it up today, the stain is totally gone. I am so grateful for their quality of work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Grace and her mother (family owned and operated), are two of the nicest people...professional, kind, and efficient. Grace knows whether a clothing item needs to be dry cleaned, stains removed, and/or washed with or without starch. Grace also has an incredible memory of the items that one brings in...also, she provides a genuine greeting "from the heart" whenever one enters the business and it is greatly appreciated. My family and I have been customers for several years...and, when something is ripped or worn or needs to be shortened, it is done professionally and quickly by her mom. THANK YOU both - it is greatly appreciated and noticed!

I needed to change cleaners because my really expensive clothes were being damaged. I explained this to Village Valet and have been going to them now for about two years. They treat my Armani, Canali and Zegna like gold! I won't trust anyone else!!
