Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Dial A Tech LLC. Gil and the team did such an amazing job on our basement renovation. What started off feeling like an impossible project ended up turning out way better than we ever expected. Gil worked with us every step of the way, going over all the little details and making sure everything came out just the way we wanted. We had a basement door that was to small and could not fit a new washer/dryer and although it was not part of the renovation, Gil took care of us and put a new door in to fit the new washer dryer. I had the pleasure of working with Gil at Dial A Tech Contractors, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He stepped in to help me finish up a project and was fantastic from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was how upfront he was about the costs—no surprises, just straight talk, which is so refreshing. He also set really high expectations for the job, and then he went ahead and exceeded them! On top of that, it’s great knowing he’s part of our local community and cares about doing right by his clients. There is not enough good things I can say about Gil and his Dial A Tech team. From the beginning he gave us a lot of time during the estimate to ask questions and explain everything and he came in at a good price. We had a basement and bathroom done and the work was excellent down to the little details! All along the way he kept us in the loop as to what was going on, and besides extra's that we added in, the price of the estimate was spot on and he finished faster than the original plan. Highly recommended!!
