These folks provide a great service and are very professional. I had a bee issue at the house and they fixed it after one visit. They also fixed other insect issues(albeit minor). Their humanity, dedication, fair pricing and effectiveness are amazing. I recommend them highly.
Called for help with serious noises in walls in multiple locations. David, their tech arrived and made a thorough walk-through and walk-around. He proved to be not only extremely professional and technically adept but also extremely honest. His conclusion was that my problems probably were birds or squirrels, which Kapture does not promise to fix. I really respect folks who tell you the truth and offer only services they can know they can succeed with. Thank you, David. We'll definitely call Kapture for work they do.
I had a very serious bat issue and I called this company. They were very responsive and took the time to answer all questions/concerns prior to scheduling work. Very thorough in explaining the issue and providing a detailed proposal to resolve my bat problem. It was competitive to other bids I received And I opted to move forward due to their history doing this work. Everything worked out and no more bats.
