100% 10 of 10 for this location. Gina helped us order our frames and gave us pointers and information since my husband and I are 1st time progressive users. Even though we didn't do our eye exams there they were very professional and helpful. I really appreciate people that are genuinely good people and Gina was amazing.

Everyone at Walmart Optical in Old Bridge are so helpful! They are super clean and always make sure to tell anyone looking at glasses not to put them back so that they can wipe them down. I had a hard time selecting a pair of glasses and one of the associates gave me one to try on. Eureka!!! She has good taste. I wish I could remember her name. I will never go anywhere else!

There were rude enough to cause me to walk out after the first five minutes. I won't pay to be mistreated.Came back with an emergency glasses repair need today: I was desperate. The young lady was super polite and helpful and fixed my glasses in 5 minutes - and did not charge me a penny. I'll be back.
