They do excellent color haircuts perms changing your hair to any color you want sometimes it's time-consuming, but they always make the customer happy before they leave. Franc is fantastic. He is excellent with color if you have a problem with hair, braided or Kens, he knows how to fix it he should definitely try it. I've been going there for over 40 years and I'm happy every time you can walk in or make appointments Clean neat and caring please men women, children, trans. It does not matter what color you are what nationality you are there is no prejudice there whatsoever.! Came to Carousel today to have an up-do done for my niece's wedding and was thrilled with the result. Donna ribboned the back of my hair beautifully and I received compliments all day!
