We moved into our newly built home right at the onset of COVID 19 in Staten Island. We needed our washers and dryers hooked up. We called other repair companies but could not get serviced, until we reached out to Astre Appliance Service. Mikey came out from New Jersey and did the job for us. He even had given us a complimentary gallon of Pine disinfectant he happened to have extra in his truck. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and very safety oriented. We asked him to spray the bottom of his shoes with Lysol and he had no problem with it and of course he was masked up. The initial hook ups remain working perfectly. We strongly recommend this company, and each time our friends and neighbors have had only good results with Astre as well.
