If I could do negative stars for this office and their staff, I would. The rudeness and dysfunctional nature of the front desk staff is absolutely appalling. As a long time patient, the disrespect I was treated with is something I have never experienced from any doctor’s office before. The extremely rude receptionist hung up on me not once but twice and when my husband called to try to get information, she hung up on him as well. I was simply asking for my medication after leaving 4 voicemails over the period of 3 days, in which no one ever called me back. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called to inquire about an insurance question that should’ve taken 30 seconds and instead was on hold for 15 minutes. When I hung up and called back I finally spoke to someone. I was given a VERY insincere, “Sorry about that, what do you need?”No thanks. Rude!!
