Given your extensive history of posting negative reviews for other businesses, it's difficult to gauge the validity of this complaint. A direct call to the owner would have been a more respectful and productive way to share your feedback. I'm sure they would have been willing to listen and improve based on your insights.
Being a customer that day it appeared that the overwhelming turnout required them to adapt a process to maintain order and give the artists a manageable workflow.

My friend and I went into the shop today and I got a spine tattoo and she got a naval piercing, everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Jamaul the tattoo artist is super talented and the work came out beautiful you can tell he loves what he does which is so important in this field and appreciated. 10/10 would go back for another visit!
Walked in today and got a tattoo from Rich . His work was awesome. One of the best tattoo artists I’ve ever seen. , The place is spotless and I recommend this place to anyone , pricing was great as well ,
