I showed up pretty late on a Friday afternoon, and they fixed my zipper, installed a clamp, and sowed it back up right there with no issues. I was anticipating them telling me they wouldn’t be able to fix it in time, so I was so so so grateful that they took the time to help me.“

“My husband used Franklin Cleaners frequently when we lived in NxNW. They always did a prompt, nice job and were very friendly to him. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review because of our most recent experience. My husband dropped off dry cleaning in the end of March 2021. We moved out NxNW in April 2021. Franklin Cleaners called to remind him about his dry cleaning still being there in July 2021. He finally mentioned to me in January 2022 that he might still have clothes there. I was sure that they wouldn't have held onto them for nearly a year, but I was wrong. Franklin Cleaners still had them and were super kind and understanding when I went to pick them up. Technically we don't live in this neighborhood anymore, but I'll be making an effort going forward to use Franklin Cleaners anyway because of this thoughtful experience.“
