Outstanding team! Theresa is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and professional practitioner. She patiently listens and explains everything. Theresa has really helped me with multiple pain issues. I have also experienced an increase in my energy level. She was highly recommended to me by my neighbor whom she also treated.
Julia is a phenomenal massage therapist who is highly skilled and professional. In my case she coordinates with Theresa to target my problem areas. Theresa has literally changed my life/functionality. Her work has rocked my world in an entirely SUPERB way! I love that she approaches it from a science background and explains everything as she goes.I had suffered/struggled for decades with hip, shoulder, neck, digestion issues and after just a couple of months I am experiencing a MARKED improvement that no other modality has given me!

Amazing! Was having some issue with my ankle and decided to give acupuncture a try. Alayne at the front desk was so friendly and courteous and making an appointment was essay and convenient. Theresa makes you feel comfortable right away and was so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I barley felt a thing and walked out feeling great and relaxed! I will defiantly be coming back. Highly recommended.
