MILDRED IS MAGIC! I went today and she is a miracle worker!!! My hair was in such a bad way and she made it look and feel amazing with her beautiful balayage technique! I was so overwhelmed when she revealed my hair I cried lots of happy tears! Do your hair a favor and BOOK WITH MILDRED! I WOULD GIVE HER 10 STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME!!!!!
