“Very pleasant group of people with whom to deal. This summer they replaced my 25-year old roof and accomplished it in a single day. The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. The price was very competitive too.

Additionally, they replaced my exterior wood deck that was also original to the home and 25-years old with a synthetic deck. This work was also accomplished in a single day.

Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.

I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.

Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “My neighbors on my street highly recommended McCollum Roofing based on their great experience with the company. My roof leaked and I emailed Debbie on a Wednesday and got an immediate response. Bobby was at my home the next morning to give me an estimate. He was thorough and took pictures of my roof and explained what I needed. They replaced my roof within 10 days and were professional and cleaned up with no remaining mess. Bobby and Debbie were a pleasure to work with and it was clear from the start that they take their family business to heart and care about their customers. Their crew was great too! “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“

“Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“I first met Dave while I was walking my dog and was very impressed with his gutter making machine and I inquired I instantly noticed how clean their crew worked and when I asked a question, Dave seemed extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. I reached out to them several weeks later for an estimate. “We used Feher for our new roof, siding and gutters. Jim was our main contact, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a comprehensive estimate drawn up and the work was completed as quickly as possible. The roof was removed and the new one installed in one day, with the old material placed in the dumpster. Siding was next, with a foreman always on site, and Jim just a phone call away. We added some items along the way, and it was never a problem to adjust the plan.
