I suffered from acute ankle pain for over a year. Rest and muscle relaxation medication had little effect. I used their services for several months and I have full use of my ankle again. I am back to a high level of activity including trail racing, mountain biking, golf, etc. They not only helped me reestablish full ankle use but build up the related joints in the knee and hip so that injury would not reoccur. The staff is outstanding. The group is overseen by Dr.Jessica Howard andDr. Rebecca Callahan. Who are very involved with the day to day assignments and the patients. The staff is also quite remarkable. They include Ellyn, front desk,Roy, an Aide and Toni, an Aide also. The atmosphere in general is very welcoming and professional. As a patient, I look forward to going there. The Doctors and staff are very attentive and go out of their way to assure you that you are receiving the right attention. I started going to Pro Staff Physical Therapy in Oakland having a problem with vertigo. Dummy me did not know that dizzy spells can be resolved with therapy and exercise until another DPT suggested I go see Dr. Jessica Howard at Pro Staff. I now laugh at the number of times that Jessica caused some dizzy, nauseating episodes. But it was well worth it, I have not had a problem with dizzy spells, or as Jessica and I joked about “a drunken stupor”, for several months.I highly recommend Pro Staff Physical Therapy in Oakland.
