Simply put - Cara is INCREDIBLE. I can't recommend her enough. To be honest, I didn't know a massage/bodywork could even be this exceptional and healing until I experienced her work.
I came across Cara a few years ago when I moved to the suburbs from Manhattan, looking for an alternative to the acupuncture/chiropractic care I was receiving. Super happy I looked around a bit and picked Cara and Sun Glass Healing Therapy. As with most professions, it often depends on who you get - are they committed? Are they truly expert at what they do? As a physical person getting a tad older with some developing issues, I wanted to get back to fairly regular medicinal massage as a part of my overall health.
