Decent company and pretty reliable. Only complaint is the incessant reliance on these stupid post cards that tell ME when they're coming to MY home. Don't admit yourself to my house. Give me a call, a text or something ushering me to setup maintenance. Don't simply schedule a time that works for you and I'm not ready or home. Have respect for your customers and the poor tech you send out needlessly.

I LOVE DEALING WITH FREDERICK'S FUEL OIL. I AM WITH THEM FOR 30 YEARS. I JUST HAD A NEW FURNACE PUT IN YESTERDAY AND WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SO WAS THEIR WORK. CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. YOU MAY PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GREAT GREAT JOB. PHYLLIS BELANGER

Just left Frederick's Fuel (moved) but before I go, I have to say service was excellent. When your furnace goes off in the winter & your house is cold, they come immediately. Worth it.
