“Billy and his team were very professional, responsive to our needs, and communicative. We had our basement finished (about 1,000 sq ft) and the project was well managed and clean. Billy and team worked around our schedule and provided insights along the way. Having a 2.5 year old running around the house, it was important to us to have the path from the front door through the kitchen to the basement door (we don’t have a walkout basement) cleaned each day to ensure nothing dangerous could get into the hands or mouth of our son. Dream Concepts did just that ( of course there is dust from dry wall and some cleaning we had to do but it was expected due to the nature of a renvo). Billy was involved and available to answer questions as they arose, and his team was quickly to adopt to any real time feedback we provided to them (for example, if we wanted a wall moved over a foot, change the type of molding and door trim, or change the size of a closest). As with any project, regardless of the contractor, I would recommend walking the work site at the end of the day/ every few days to ensure the work product and design is what you envisioned in your mind as it’s easier to address changes real time, if needed. The final work product was exactly what we wanted and happy we went with Dream Concepts!Thank you Dream Concepts, we enjoyed the partnership!!“

“I found out about Wayne as he was the contractor that installed the new septic tank at my house for the previous owner before I bought the place. He did a great job on that septic system and I've used him several times for other excavating needs since.Most recently he replaced underground power line to a shed for me, and he also excavated behind and repaired a brick retaining wall at my house that was pushing in from being built improperly by the previous owner.Wayne does all the work himself, so he makes sure everything is done absolutely right, there's no subcontractors or helpers to cut corners or screw up the job.
