I have no complaints about the attention of the medical service, but I have complaints about the woman who works at the Front Desk, when I approached the window to ask for my document, she was wiping the discharge from her nose with her fingers and never washed her hands or She didn't even use sanitizer when she saw that I caught her attention and I told her that if she wipes her nose she should follow the cleaning procedures knowing that she works in a health care place but incredibly she ignored me and didn't say anything she continued doing her job.It is incredible that people who work in the health care area do not take that care with their patients.I hope that the...read full review

I saw the negative reviews and was hesitant to come here, but maybe I went on a good day? Cause there was no wait, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The dr. was thorough and seemed to really care about the issues I came in for.I just moved here so I had no idea where to send my prescription. While I was being seen, the lady at the front desk found a spot close by my house and updated it for me.The dr. Printed out multiple pages of in network dr. for me since it was recommended that I go see a primary care physician as well.The staff was professional and the office was really clean. 10/10 definitely coming back if I need to.

I was so sick and they took me within an hour of me calling. The dr and medical assistants were polite, professional, and courteous. They gave me documentation for my job and the correct prescriptions. Just a side note, the place was immaculately clean and beautiful.
