Helen is the best. She is extremely accommodating and really good at what she does. She spends extra time and never rushes. Sometimes an hour massage turns into an hour and a half but she still charges for the hour. Highly recommended.

Very vigorous not for the faint of heart and not relaxing. But extremely effective for people with specific needs back problems especially. Slept like a baby that night. Going back 8/1

Helen was recommended as a massage therapist. She was very thorough and worked on the areas where I most needed help. The studio itself was a bit messy, but in the area where she practices it was clean. Definitely not a relaxing massage, more of a therapeutic session. Go try her it was invigorating!
