An absolute Nightmare! I walked in as a first time client and made it clear that I was happy with the natural shape of my brows so a simple clean up on the bottom was all I needed. I also stated that my skin is sensitive to fragrance so please no products. Long story short, I walked out with THIN eyebrows and hives from the scrub she began to put on my face before I stopped her. I have an event to go tonight and I could cry! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I wish I had checked the reviews before entering.

I have senior pictures coming up, I went here to get them cleaned up around my eyebrow and they threaded half my right eyebrow off and made them thinner and made the arch very high. They're very uneven and thin. I'm very upset on how it ended up because all I wanted was for it to be cleaned up

I went to this place in a pinch as it is close by and I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual waxing studio before traveling for a wedding. This eye brow wax was one of the most painful I’ve ever experienced. I went home and found out why shortly after, the woman who waxed my eyebrows badly burned me right before going to the wedding this weekend. I will not be going back and would give this place 0 starts if I could.
