“5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . “I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.

Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve. “I can’t recommend Edmond and Sons enough. I called RIchard after-hours when my heat wasn’t working, despite having another company try and fix it earlier in the day. He could not have been more helpful. He tried to troubleshoot the issue for me, and after giving me a solution to try, he told me to call him back in an hour to see how it was working. He also told me he would come out if it didn’t work. Well, his suggestion worked, and it got our heat up and running. Richard did all of this without even having serviced the equipment previously. I will definitely be calling Richard going forward if this is how well he treats someone who isn’t even a customer.“

He also knows how to do it right, and doesn't shortcut things.He's done all the jobs that I've asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesn't look right or thinks it should be replaced he'll point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. “My kitchen sink drain was clogged. They came the next day and called before coming to check. Cory was very professional and personable. He confirmed the problem, reviewed my pipe connections, gave me the estimate and then we agreed to start the work. He had some problems but stayed calm, cleared the drain and fixed the issue with the pipe. My drain is running better now. But we do see some moisture at the connection that he repaired. He believes it to be condensation so I will check it a few more times to be sure. Thanks Cory.
