We have used Creative Design on three separate occasions. Their work is excellent and the projects they handled for us were on-time and within our budget. When we began all of the projects we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but Glen offered some other possibilities that worked out better for us. There was no 'sales' pressure, just some excellent suggestions. Whenever we had an issue either during or after the project they were resolved in a timely manner by Creative employees. When we purchased a house in October 2017, we didn't realize how much work and time would go into renovating it. And that we would need to do it all over again. We picked Creative Design based on their reviews and work they'd done and we really couldn't make a better decision. Not only they helped us put our ideas into a cohesive creative vision but also provided a lot of inspiration on their own. We used Creative for an addition on our bi-level. Master bath/bedroom/ additional garage. Soup to nuts it was a great experience. Glen's staff was professional, personable and reliable. We found Glen to be very helpful in making decisions with the blueprints and other odds and ends to make our choices not only beautiful, but useful as well. Our addition went as planned with no hiccups. In total, it took about 4 months to complete. In the end, we are 100% happy with our decision and look forward to using them again for part 2 of our renovations.
