I joined Grace and Glory back in February 2022 and over the last 7 months I went nearly 4/5 times a week and I lost so much weight through this life changing experience. I struggled with not knowing how to properly exercise in gyms for about 12 years and Grace/Glory was there to show me a new path. I can’t get enough.

An incredible place to practice, whether you’re a beginner or know your way around a mat. The teachers are kind, welcoming and thoughtful - the space is gorgeous, clean and inviting. A great place to sweat and practice.

This place is amazing. I have tried yoga at home, at other studios closer to my home…nothing compares. The atmosphere, the vibe from the instructors and fellow practitioners…all make it one of a kind. I have just recently returned to practicing and I’m very thankful that nothing has changed about GGY. It feels good to be back.
