We cannot recommend Duffy and Somerset Supply Company enough!! Truly fantastic customer service, support and guidance during a holiday weekend with no heat! We came to find on New Years Eve that our pilot on our furnace was not lit. Upon trying to relight, we found that we actually needed to replace the Pilot Valve, and with multiple heating companies and contacts who didn’t have the part or availability to come until Monday and so many supply companies closed for the holiday, and lastly freezing temps in the upcoming days, we rang in the new year at 60* in our home and lost hope when we were told that we would have to wait up to 3-4 days for the part and repairs. We called Duffy and he walked us through determining that was the part we needed, confirming it was in stock and then arranging a way for us to pick it up during their off hours so we could restore our heat with a toddler and dog at home before the freezing temps. Truly a 2022 blessing and we cannot thank him, his customer service, empathy, and overall help enough! We would absolutely recommend Duffy time and again!!
