I really appreciated my visit with Dr. Lyons today. I've had crappy chiropractors in my life but he's not one of them. The best chiropractors I've had in life have always been a little weird and eccentric - Dr. Lyons is no exception, but I mean that in the most positive way. In one session, we spent quite a bit of time together. He explained EVERYTHING the whole time. No, seriously, as he was helping me stretch my neck, he was explaining why some movements hurt more than others, what inflammation/movement restriction in certain areas means about muscles, etc. He was thorough.
