Paul is such a friendly guy - - a total pleasure. His carpet cleaning process made our 15 year old carpets look brand new again - even got out all the stains caused by our cats! His carpet cleaning is 100% pet friendly and the carpets dry fast (20 minutes) -- so we didn't need to lock our animals away. The whole process for a 3 bedroom house (all carpet) took about 3.5 hours.
I was thrilled with the work that Paul did. From the moment I called him I knew that I could trust him he was very responsive and answered my questions and explained the process which is dry carpet cleaning. Paul gave me a date right away and showed up promptly for our appointment. I was very pleased with the estimate and the actual job came within the estimate that he provided me with he didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel like I had to utilize all these other chemicals in order to achieve my objective and that was to make the carpet clean.
